General Terms and Conditions for Online Sales/Purchases
MARTA BV is the exclusive importer/wholesaler for Europe of the Feelgood Designs brand.
- These terms and conditions apply to all products for sale on the MARTA BV website: www.martaonline.eu
- The online catalog and website have been compiled with the greatest care. It is possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on MARTA BV. If the buyer has specific questions regarding, for example, sizes, color, availability, delivery time, or delivery method, we request the buyer to contact us prior to placing the order at info@martaonline.eu
- Ordering
Upon placing the order, the buyer pays 100% of the total amount, including transport. The buyer purchases the goods for the amount for which they are priced at the time of ordering. - Delivery Costs
are charged for the delivery of the goods. These are added separately to the shopping cart. Goods travel at the buyer’s risk. MARTA BV is not responsible for the means of transport, which MARTA engages merely to be of service to the buyer, but without any responsibility on its part.
In the event of damage during transport, the buyer must immediately submit a claim for compensation to the carrier. - Delivery Time
As soon as marta bv has received payment, the goods will be shipped within five (5) working days, unless otherwise communicated. Marta bv will keep the buyer informed of the shipment via the tracking ID. - Warranty
All products supplied by MARTA BV are covered by a 2-year warranty. Should the buyer unexpectedly wish to claim under the warranty within this period, the buyer may contact MARTA BV. This can be done via info@martaonline.eu . After consultation, MARTA BV will repair or replace the product.
Damage caused by unreasonable use, incomplete or incorrectly assembled furniture, or commercial use is not covered by the warranty. - Maintenance
All indoor products from MARTA BV consist largely of natural materials. Color variations are therefore inherent to the product. For the maintenance of rattan, we recommend using only a damp cloth, without cleaning agents. Avoid furniture oil, waxes, chemicals, detergents, or corrosive products. These are detrimental to the protective layer.
– Do not stand on the seating furniture.
– Do not place heavy or sharp objects on the stools.
– Do not kick or rub the stools against walls, tables, or other surfaces that could damage the wickerwork.
– Do not place wet objects on the stools.
– Do not use rattan stools outdoors or in damp areas such as bathrooms.
– Clean the seating furniture occasionally with a soft, lint-free cloth or dust cloth.
– Spilled liquids can be removed with a damp, soft sponge or a lint-free cloth soaked in warm water. Do not use too much water and ensure the rattan is dry before using it again.
– Do not use scouring pads or harsh cleaning agents, as these can damage the coating.
– Check and replace the plastic feet if necessary.

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
2. Conditions for return
- The product must be returned – insofar as reasonably possible – in its original condition, but certainly in the original packaging.
- You may inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a showroom.
- In the event of visible signs of use, we reserve the right to charge for depreciation.
3. Return costs
- The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- Given the size of our products (such as chairs and tables), these costs may vary.
- Indication: transport costs for larger pieces of furniture can range from €90 to €250 per box, depending on the pick-up location and volume.
5. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive the purchase amount (excluding any return costs) back within 14 days via the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product on time and in good order.
